SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the high volume of orders we are processing, our shipping and ordering terms have been adjusted to meet this demand.

 

Your order is delivered to your door by our local delivery service whether it is in Squamish, Whistler or Pemberton. Please note that delays may occur due to weather, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Orders for Squamish, Whistler or Pemberton, shipping will not be charged on purchases over $ 20 using the discount codes that we have published at check out.

 

For the rest of BC it will be delivered by Canada Post or Fedex. Orders are charged a $ 20 shipping fee. This amount will appear on the payment page, before finalizing your order. Shipping costs will also appear in your order confirmation as "shipping costs". If purchases are greater than $ 50, shipping will not be charged, this will be determined automatically at the time of check out.

 

Squamish, Whistler, and Pemberton orders ship the next business day, while the rest of BC will ship in the next 2-3 business days.

 

At the time of delivery, we expect someone to be present to receive the order, please note that if someone is not present to receive the order they will be placed in front of the address door, if you want it to be delivered at a specific time Please let us know via email customerservice@deliciasmkt.com or in the comment section at checkout.

 

For packages to be delivered to Squamish, Whistler and Pemberton, delivery will be made through our local delivery service, you will receive an email when your order is processed and the package leaves our fulfillment center, in addition to that, we will send you a text message to confirm the delivery and the time, normally our delivery time is between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm.

 

For the rest of BC, track your packages on Canada Post or Fedex with the tracking number in the email we send you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number on the Canada Post web tracker at www.canadapost.ca/trackweb, or www.fedex.com to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours after your package was picked up from our fulfillment center before tracking information appears on the Canada Post website.

 

Orders will be shipped with items that are currently in stock at the time of processing. The status of any non-shipped items will be communicated after the order has already shipped. If all the products in your order are not available at the time your order is processed, we reserve the right to cancel your order entirely. Refunds for any item lost from your order will be refunded within 24-48 hours after notification of shipment.
