We are the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

 

We collect information that you provide us, including your order information, your communications, and information you provide to us as part of reviews or surveys. Yet, we do not store any credit card information, so our customers may shop with confidence.

We request name, shipping address and financial information from the user on our order form (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. We do not store any credit card information, we simply securely relay it to our trusted credit card processing partner (Stripe and PayPal). If we have trouble processing an order, the contact information provided is used to get in touch with the user.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Due to the high volume of orders we are processing, our shipping and order terms have been adjusted to meet this demand.

Your order of quality food products is brought to your door by Canada Post anywhere in BC. Orders are charged a shipping fee (plus tax) depending on the total weight of your order. This amount will appear at the Checkout page, before you finalize your order. Shipping fees will also appear in your order confirmation as "shipping charges".

Most products are shipped by the next 2 business day. 

At this time, due to current events, we expect that someone will be present to receive the order, please know that no delivery will be left unattended at a customer's residence or business.

In order to track your packages, find the Canada Post tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number in Canada Post web tracker at www.canadapost.ca/trackweb, to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours after your package was picked up from our fulfillment center before tracking information appears on Canada Post's web site.

Orders will be shipped with the items that are currently in-stock at the time of processing. Status of any unshipped items will be communicated after the order has already shipped. If all of the products in your order are unavailable by the time your order is being processed we reserve the right to cancel your order entirely. Refunds on any items missed from your order will be refunded in 24-48 hours past the shipping notice.

Due to current events, please note that at this time:

  • We are not able to make product substitutions.

  • We are not able to offer rain-checks on sale prices for out of stock items.

  • Due to health and safety concerns we are unable to accept product returns.
